I want to offer you this beautifully painted antique Meissen fish platter that is in the New Brandenstein pattern. The Meissen platter is painted with a large bouquet of flowers including a gorgeous purple Rembrandt tulip surrounded by other flowers and whimsical insects. When you look at this beautiful platter, you can see the talent and expertise of the Meissen artist who painted it. The painting looks like a gorgeous bouquet of spring flowers. The border of the platter has a closed crossed hatch lace pattern surrounded by a gilded fluted border. This platter is 23.38 inches long and dates back to the 1880s. This would make a wonderful addition to any table setting. It is also a very special Meissen piece for any Meissen collector. This fish platter is in very good antique condition. There is a tiny bit of gold wear on some of the fluted edges. This is very minor and hardly is noticeable.
