We are offering you this beautiful cobalt Dresden porcelain charger with a hand-painted scene of lovers. There is profuse gilding around the painting of lovers. It was made by the decorator Richard Klemm in Dresden around 1896-1906. It has an intricate fluted border. This would be a wonderful addition to your antique porcelain collection.
This Dresden charger is in very good antique condition.
