Phillips, who was an artist who specialized in painting flowers at the Royal Worcester company. There is intricate extensive gilt decoration around each of the flower bouquets. These dinner plates would be a absolutely stunning addition to your tablescape. They date back to 1917, and they are 10.5 inches in diameter. They were made for Ovington Brothers in New York, which was a competitor of Tiffany and Co. during this period.
