This plate was made by the decorator Wiswall Dresden. The border of this Dresden plate is cobalt with a gold trim with raised gold arabesque design. Around the painting of the lady is a cobalt background with a thick gold border with 6 gold raised flowers. It is 9.75 inches in diameter.
