We want to offer you this rare Meissen purple Indian serving piece with a cover and three curved feet. This unusual piece could be used to keep sauces hot to serve at the dining table. This Meissen piece is painted with stylized pink floral motifs with gilding and a gold rim. The gold decoration is 24 karat gold. This Meissen piece also has a handle to help serve at the table, as well as a pretty gold and white finial that helps you lift off the top. In over 30 years of experience, I have never seen another Meissen piece like this one. This would be a wonderful addition to your table setting and a special piece to add to your Meissen collection.

This Meissen purple Indian piece is in good antique condition. Please note there are two scratch marks through the crossed sword Meissen mark, which means there is a slight imperfection in the making or the glaze which is negligible as I cannot see any imperfections.
