Description
We are offering you this fabulous pair of cobalt Spode hand-painted scenic bowls with fluted borders. The bowls are paintings of two Abbeys. Both bowls have the black Spode marks on their backs, as well as the name of the Abbey in the painting. The black Spode mark denotes the bowls are from the early 1800s. If you look at the paintings on these bowls, you can tell they were painted by a very talented artist. There is a thick cobalt border around the paintings with gold filigree decoration, which makes the paintings even more stunning. The bowls are scalloped shaped.
