Elegant Findings Limited ships all packages with the utmost care. We double box all our shipments and use both paper and bubble wrap to keep them safe. We have a reputation from our customers over the past 33 years of having the best shipping and packing practices.

Online store only ships to the United States currently.

For international orders please call us at +1-617-973-4844. If you are shipping out of the United States, you, the customer or buyer will be responsible for any taxes or duties that apply to you receiving the shipment in the country that you are shipping the package to. Elegant Findings Limited will take no responsibility for paying any taxes or duties that apply to your shipment. We do include a shipping cost for you at checkout that applies to safely shipping your package to your country and insuring it for its selling price. Once the shipment gets to your country, you, the purchaser, will be responsible for paying any taxes or duties applied to it.

We will accept returns within three days of your delivery. It will be the customer’s responsibility to pay the cost of the returns, any taxes or any duties. Also, we accept returns for defective items or items that are misrepresented. All of our items are in good antique condition, and the condition of each item is described on its store listing. If there is a return, it will be the buyer’s responsibility to pay for the return shipping and insurance. We have two people double check the condition of every item. We would not sell anything to you unless it is in the condition that we have described. We have over 33 years of experience in the antique market. Therefore, our descriptions of any items are given with our expertise and over 33 years of experience.

In the extent that the EU Consumer Rights Directive (“CRD”) applies to you, you may have additional rights relating to returning items. To the extent the CRD applies (if you are a consumer based in the EU) you will be entitled to elect to use either the CRD or the seller’s policy in respect to returning a particular item. Any item returned will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Items must be returned in the same condition sent and received. All shipping costs plus any international duties or taxes will be the responsibility of the buyer. Any returns made must be wrapped with paper, bubble wrap and double boxed to protect each item.
