For sale is this amazing Wiswall Dresden vase hand-painted with scenes of ladies and gentlemen enjoying a beautiful day dressed in their finest 19th century clothing. The painting on the vase is a continuous painting around the whole vase showing a story. Some of the couples are dancing, others are walking arm in arm, and another lady is walking her dog. while talking to a gentleman with his cane and top hat. It is a lovely painting, bright and colorful showing the wonderful talents of the Dresden artist. There is a thick gold border that has gold jeweling and blue decorative accents on the top and bottom of the vase surrounding the painting. The handles of the vase are also gilded. This fabulous vase was made by the decorators of Wiswall Dresden in Germany during the early twentieth century. It is 8.25 inches tall and 6 inches wide. This vase would be a fabulous addition to any porcelain collection or a wonderful decoration in your home with or without flowers. Since it is painted on all four sides, it would be stunning anywhere you choose to place it in any room.
